The hybrid blended delivery is delivered through in-person and learning formats supporting learners needs with both flexibility and support.
In-person weekends, are held once per month, to focus on the embodied aspects of yoga. These sessions explore physical practice, hands-on assisting, intelligent sequencing, class observation, and student teaching, allowing learning to be integrated through experience and practice.
You’ll also complete 120 hours of self-paced online learning through our dedicated training platform. This includes recorded yoga classes, guided meditations, breath work practices, anatomy and philosophy teachings, short video summaries, and longer recorded sessions to support deeper understanding and revision.
The training culminates in a six-day Teacher Immersion, where everything comes together. This immersive experience is designed to consolidate learning, refine teaching skills, and build the confidence to step into teaching with clarity, presence, and integrity.
