I believe yoga should be easy and accessible for every BODY. As a third year Clinical Exercise Phys student, my aim is to evolve science into this ancient practice. What this means for my students is they’ll learn the ‘why’s’ not just the ‘how’s’.

Sharon Neish has been a cornerstone in adult education since 2009, specialising in First Response and Mental Health First Aid across clinical and educational settings. With a vibrant career that kicked off in 2002, Sharon has become a renowned figure in the fitness industry, offering expert instruction in fitness classes and personal training. Annually, Sharon leads transformative women’s wellness retreats in Bali, creating empowering experiences that nurture mind, body, and spirit. Her global influence extends through her work in France, New Zealand, Bali, and most recently Portugal, where she has not only taught yoga but also participated in various filming projects. Since 2016, Sharon has brought her dynamic presence to the stage as an emcee at Allens Training National Conferences, showcasing her leadership and engaging communication skills. Currently, she oversees as the State Fitness Manager for World Gym in both Burpengary and Bundaberg, where she leads a team of instructors and management staff, ensuring top-notch fitness programming and operations. In her academic pursuits, Sharon is actively studying towards a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, further deepening her understanding and application of human health and performance. Beyond her professional life, Sharon is a dedicated mum and wife, sharing her life with her beloved Labradoodle, Maple. Sharon’s passion for health and well-being, coupled with her commitment to education and leadership, makes her a true inspiration in every community she touches.
