Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our online courses, refunds are not available for change of mind once course access has been granted.

If you experience difficulty accessing your course, please contact us before requesting a refund. Our team will work with you to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible. This may include troubleshooting your browser, clearing your cache, trying an alternative device, or resetting your course access where appropriate.

Retreats and In-Person Training

All retreat payments, deposits and in-person training fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible to discuss any available options.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a course or service fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where required by law.

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible internet connection, browser, device and software to access the course. Technical issues relating to a student’s own device or internet connection do not constitute grounds for a refund where the course platform is functioning correctly.
